Say hello to Bacon Hamlet! Our newest addition to the farm and she's currently making friends with the does and Hemi. She loves Hemi, but he's not so sure about her yet.

Meet Elmer

Our latest addition -

He's a full size buck, but not here for breeding. I may check into getting him wethered, but for now, he's settling in and helping clear off some brush. We think he's Nubian, but not really sure. He's our only standard size goat and seems so HUGE when you're used to dwarfs.

Rainy day

The first bloom from my $2.00 yellow climbing rose. I love the pink blush - And here's what my flower bed looks like after three days of rain.
I can't wait to see what it looks like when everything really starts growing!
